Before we begin.
A few clear expectations, so you can focus on learning.
A free introduction, before you pay
Before any payment, meet Mersad for a free 30-minute introductory session to discuss your level and goals.
A regular time, wherever you are
Classes take place online via Google Meet. You and Mersad agree on a regular weekly slot that suits your time zone.
Cancellations & absences
You may cancel or miss up to two sessions per term. Beyond that allowance, a cancelled or missed session counts as taken and will not be made up.
Support between sessions
Throughout the term, Mersad gives feedback on your homework and answers your questions online.
Record for your own study
You are welcome to screen-record your Google Meet lessons for your own study.
Refer a friend
For each friend who enrols using your referral code, you receive 20% off your current term.
Students & learners under 20
Learners with a valid student card, and learners under 20, receive 15% off all packages.
Ask Mersad to confirm discount eligibility and how any offers apply together before payment. No discount is calculated or applied by this enquiry form.
Download the original Autumn 2026 guideFree learning accounts
Practice is available without registration. A free account keeps a progress copy only when you choose Save. Loading an account copy replaces device progress after confirmation. This is separate from paid courses and instructor access. There is no email password reset: keep your username and recovery code. You can delete the account and its saved progress from Account settings.
Other learning & payments
An enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. A manual PayPal payment does not automatically reserve a lesson or unlock a recorded course.
Recorded courses & the phrase pack
These are separate from private lesson packages. Confirm the content, delivery, price and access period before paying. The phrase pack has no automatic download delivery; course access requires a verified payment and the correct learner account.
Payments, refunds & your rights
Keep your PayPal receipt and contact Mersad about delivery, cancellation, rescheduling or payment problems. The supplied private-lesson cancellation allowance is above; ask about any other refund arrangements before payment. Applicable consumer rights are not waived.
Personal learning use
Materials and any course access are for your own learning. Do not redistribute paid materials or someone else’s private replay. Your own private lessons may be screen-recorded for your own study as described above.
Commercial disclosures
The operator still needs to complete legal identity, merchant country, tax treatment, retention periods and applicable consumer disclosures before commercial activation.
