- Free introductory session
- Before any payment, we hold a free 30-minute introductory session to discuss your level and goals.
- Cancellations and absences
- Each learner may cancel or miss up to two sessions per term. Beyond that, the session is considered taken and will not be made up.
- Online platform
- Classes are held online via Google Meet. You are welcome to screen-record the sessions for your own study.
- Scheduling and time zones
- We agree on a regular weekly slot that suits your time zone, wherever you live.
- Feedback and support
- Throughout the term, your teacher gives feedback on your homework and answers your questions online.
- Referral discount
- Invite friends with your referral code: for each friend who enrols, you receive 20% off your current term.
- Student and under-20 discount
- Learners who show a valid student card, and learners under 20, receive 15% off all packages.
- Payment
- Payment is made in US dollars through PayPal at the start of each term (10 sessions, or 12 for Package 3). After paying, please send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to one of the contact channels below (email, WhatsApp or Telegram). Classes begin once the payment has been received.
