What this website does
The public pages do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Published paid video lessons may use the configured video provider only when you explicitly open an entitled lesson. Fonts and the teacher’s supplied portrait are served by this site.
Your phrases stay with you
Free-lesson progress, quiz results, your selected learning path and saved phrase identifiers are stored in this browser’s local storage. You can export or import that learning data. Exercise outcome metadata, attempt dates and revisit flags are also saved locally; export and clear these separately in My learning. Signing in alone does not upload them. A free learning account can keep a separate copy when you explicitly choose Save. Written answers are excluded from study-record exports. A task type and content version can accompany new results so optional review reminders can distinguish updated material. Reminders are computed locally from those records; they are not sent to a scheduling service. The last practice activity and question identifier are remembered on this device to help you return; no answer text is stored with that shortcut. Café workshop writing and your step, practice writing, phrase-review drafts and current exercise answers stay in session storage for this tab, including after a refresh; they are not submitted to a teacher or included in progress exports. If you explicitly choose to remember an enquiry, its private tracking link is also stored on this device. It is not an account or an email subscription. You can clear local learning data using Privacy choices or My learning. Clearing local data does not remove an enquiry already sent to Mersad. Browser speech synthesis uses the voices available on your device and may use your browser’s speech service.
Contacting Mersad
The enquiry form stores your name, email, level, goals, time zone, preferred times and message in Mersad’s private inbox when you submit it. Your private tracking link can show status and confirmed lesson details; keep it to yourself. Instructor notes are never part of the public tracking response. WhatsApp, Telegram, your email provider, YouTube, Instagram, and PayPal apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.
Signing in and purchased learning
When account services are enabled, your email is used to deliver a short-lived sign-in link through the configured email provider. Only a hash of a sign-in or session token is kept. A necessary, HTTP-only session cookie maintains your sign-in. Purchase records link your account to paid learning; video access is checked before a time-limited link is issued. Payments are handled by PayPal; this website does not collect card numbers.
Recorded private sessions
This website does not automatically record calls. Any recording requires prior agreement about consent, viewers, storage, and deletion. Group recordings must never be published as general course content without appropriate consent.
Your choices
Contact [email protected] for privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests. Payment and legally required records may need to be retained. The operator must confirm applicable retention periods, legal identity, and jurisdiction before commercial launch.
